Kayode is an experienced finance professional who started his career in the transactions and restructuring practice of KPMG, where he was involved in over 20 advisory engagements across different sectors. Sequel to KPMG, Kayode worked in the corporate finance team of Oando PLC on fund raising and M&A transactions summing up to circa US$4billion in deal value.

Following his time at Oando, Kayode joined Coronation Merchant Bank, as the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets, where he spearheaded capital markets and M&A transactions of over US$700million. He also worked as Corporate Finance Manager at Lekoil, an Africa-focused oil and gas company listed on AIM-London Stock Exchange.

Kayode holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and graduated with distinction from the Executive MBA programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford. He is a CFA Charterholder, and a KPMG trained chartered accountant.
