Kayode is a financial manager with over 18 years’ professional experience spanning audit, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, business integration, and financial advisory. He advised clients in the shipping, financial services, telecommunications, oil servicing, and manufacturing sectors. His professional experience cuts across consulting and financial services.

He has a BSc in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
