Ms Dickson joins FHN from legal practice in the leading law firms in the United States (most recently with White & Case LLP), where she has significant experience in acquisitions, structured finance, and secured transactions in the energy sphere and with public-private partnerships for the development of infrastructure in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe.
